Inck is a tutoring marketplace that connects students and parents in the United Arab Emirates with independent, verified teachers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
This site and the Inck app are operated by INCK PORTAL CO. L.L.C, registered at Office B 25-2, Al Muteena Project 2-2, Al Ghurair Real Estate Property, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (D-U-N-S® Number 84-993-0567). In this policy, "Inck", "we", "us" and "our" refer to INCK PORTAL CO. L.L.C.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use Inck, we collect the following categories of personal data.

International data transfers
Inck is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region. Some of the processors listed above (for example Stripe) may process data outside the UAE as part of providing their service; such transfers are made under that processor’s own contractual safeguards.
How long we keep your data

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access for staff — to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
Children and minors
Inck is used by students who may be under 18. A parent or guardian registers and manages a child’s account and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about the child. We do not knowingly allow a child to create or independently manage their own account.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you have the right to access, correct, delete or request portability of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in "Contact us" below.
Account deletion
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion takes effect immediately: your personal data is anonymized, uploaded personal files (avatar, verification documents and intro video) are permanently deleted, and your login is disabled.
Financial records (orders and payments), ratings and lesson history are retained in anonymized form for legal, accounting and the other party’s records. Chat content is retained for the other participant, with your name shown as "Deleted user".
Support tickets you opened, and any files attached to them, are deleted. Bank account details used for payouts are masked to the last four digits and kept only for payout audit purposes.
If your account still has booked future lessons or pending payouts, deletion is declined until those are completed or cancelled, so that neither party loses what they are owed.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version; material changes will be described here.
